We know cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. However, as with all professional appointments, a 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling notification is required. A credit card or gift certificate number will be requested when the appointment is made. We reserve the right to charge for last minute cancellations and no-shows.

Gift certificates will not be redeemed for cash. We are not responsible for lost gift certificates.
